We proudly present you our first Rheinland-Pitch eSports Special on August, 22nd. You will listen to a few exciting startup pitches from the gaming & eSports industry and also have the chance to hear the success story of two international esports startups plus a panel discussion with experts from the industry.

Cologne is at the center of eSports and gaming in Europe with both the ESL One and the Gamescom happening in the Rhine metropolis. This is why we want to gather the community, strengthen existing relationships and foster new valuable connections between all of you. Are you a founder of an early stage startup with a tech-focus? The Rheinland-Pitch was initiated by STARTPLATZ in 2013. It has since become the single-biggest startup-pitch event in Germany. In this monthly held competition, up to four founders get the chance to present their startup in front of potentiell investors, customer and corporates. The audience regularly consists of a crowd of more than 100 people. Each team has seven minutes to present their business model and another seven minutes to answer the questions of the audience. The winner of the Rheinland-Pitch is determined via online vote.
