How startups work and what corporates can learn from that

Startups are on the rise. For some years now, newcomers disrupted existing business models of established companies: Airbnb the hotel industry, Netflix the TV stations, these are just a few examples of many. But why are startups so fast and innovative? Which methods can be derived? And what can corporates learn from this?

The aim of this workshop is for participants to understand why many startups are so successful, which methods can be derived from them and which can be transferred to their own company.
