Hub-to-Hub Partnership Proposal
Your members are welcome at ours. Ours at yours.
A simple, reciprocal coworking-access partnership between [PARTNER HUB] and STARTPLATZ — so founders from either hub always have a desk and a friendly face when they land in the other’s city.
Let’s set it up01 / The idea
One desk away from each other’s cities.
Members and alumni of each hub get up to [X] coworking days per [month/year] at the other’s space — free, subject to availability. It’s reciprocal and in kind: we don’t invoice each other, and it doesn’t depend on how big either hub is.
02 / Why it works
A small yes that pays off for both sides.
A soft landing
When your startups visit our city, they get a desk, quick intros and orientation from people who know the ecosystem — and ours get exactly the same from you.
A real perk, near-zero cost
The desks already exist. You hand your members a genuine international benefit without adding budget.
A natural first step
Start small, build trust. Reciprocal access opens the door to joint programs, two-way referrals and corporate matchmaking.
No budget, no risk
No money changes hands. One page to agree on, and we’re live.
03 / How it works
Three steps. That’s the whole thing.
We each name one contact
One person per hub — the friendly door for visiting members.
A member books a desk
A visiting member emails that contact and books a hot desk, showing their hub membership.
Up to [X] days per [month/year]
They work from the other hub for up to [X] days per [month/year], subject to availability. That’s it.
04 / The fine print
Clear and friendly.
Who’s covered
Active members and alumni of each hub — not the general public.
What’s included
Hot-desk access and the community around it — not dedicated or locked offices.
Going deeper
When a startup wants to seriously enter the other market, deeper support — investor intros, local partners, funding programs — is available as a separate track.
05 / About STARTPLATZ
NRW’s largest startup hub.
Locations in Cologne and Düsseldorf. We’ve been building the Rhineland’s startup ecosystem since 2012 — connected to what comes next.
Let’s set it up
Shall we make our members welcome in each other’s cities?
