STARTPLATZ Open Accelerator uses cozama to help teams make meaningful progress and proof they are on track to build successful businesses. 

cozama provides a framework and propriatary planning and review tools that show at a glance what the startups should be working on and what road blockers are hindering them from achieving meaningful results. In turn, we can provide startups individual services and perks based on their actual needs and performance. Teams can unlock more services and perks by improving their Road Blocker Index (RBI) demonstrating they have what it takes to develop their ideas into successful businesses. We match the teams with the mentor that helps them remove the road blockers and avoid waisting the teams time on workshops they do not need.

Performance based services and perks

coazama computes a Road Blocker Index (RBI) in % that allows us to see to which degree the team is blocked from making meaningful progress towards their defined goal.

The challenge for the teams: You have three months to lower the score below 50% to get access to the resources you need to accelerate your business.

Anyone can register their team for free and starting working on their idea and develop a product people love. Teams can use the planning and review tools that cozama provides to start making progress towards their goal. All teams have access to a content library and office hours that help you make best use of the tools provided.

Teams that are able to drive their RBI below 50% get access to additional services to improve their performance, such as:

A score below 33% indicates that the team was able to make continuous progress towards a meaningful goal and that they are (about to) generate monetary results.

We provide platforms for the teams with a score below 33% to pitch their business to investors and the general public. Investors get a access to the teams' profiles and can contact them directly.
