About this workshop: 

As your business grows and its needs evolve, operating in silos becomes a bottleneck for growth. A CRM can help startups unify business processes, increase operational efficiencies, and make data-driven decisions. Using a CRM for the first time can be overwhelming, however, once you have a streamlined process in place, team productivity increases and effortless startup growth begins to happen.

In this session HubSpot for Startups will cover what you need to know about using a CRM to  build a scalable growth engine for your startup.

  • How to document all content, data and prospecting communications in one place.
  • How to use a CRM to unlock effortless growth for your startup.

Fabian Hartmann, Head of HubSpot for Startups DACH

Fabian leads the HubSpot for Startups program in DACH. In this role, he helps startups grow better by building and scaling their go-to-market.
Before joining HubSpot, he established a platform to connect startups with the old economy at the Centre for Entrepreneurship Berlin, developed strategic business models for leading sports & entertainment organizations at Horstmann Consulting and led the marketing & business development team at the Berlin tech startup Smart Pricer.
