Female AImpowerment: CanvaAI Special

We are a female-centered community for women and female persons who want to engage more deeply with the technical perspectives of AI — hands-on, practical, and collaborative.

Our meetups are not about theory or buzzwords. We learn by doing, experimenting, and exploring AI tools together in a supportive, focused environment.

For this session, the community voted to explore Canva AI together. This will be a hands-on lab, where we actively work with Canva's AI features, look under the hood of how they can be used, and share insights and questions as we go.

What to expect

• A practical, in-room AI lab (no slide decks, no lectures)
• Mixed experience levels — curiosity matters more than prior knowledge
• A short intro for anyone who wants a quick orientation before we dive in
• Space to ask questions, try things out, and learn from each other

What to bring

• 💻 Your laptop / notebook
• 🎨 A Canva account with access to Canva AI
  (We recommend setting up your account in advance. We are currently checking whether a free or trial version is available so you can try it out.)

• Language: English (we can switch to German if needed)
• Format: In-person, hands-on workshop
