We develop a software for recruiters (agency recruiters as well as internal recruiters) that helps to discover, contact and hire difficult to find high-potential candidates. The software focuses on recruitment agencies and internal recruiters in small or medium companies (10 to 250 employees). It offers highly configurable features for candidate-management, job-management, client relationship management, workflows and communication.
